We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns and exchanges work at The Reading Ritual.
T-Shirts: 30-Day Guarantee
Each shirt is printed just for you, and every shirt comes with a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery.
- Free size exchanges. If your shirt doesn't fit, we'll send you a different size at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
- Returns. Not happy with your shirt? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shirts must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. [Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. / We'll email you a prepaid return label.] Please don't mail anything back until we've sent you return instructions.
- Sale items are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
Book Club Journals: Final Sale
Because journals are personal paper goods that can't be resold, all journal sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges on journals.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (All Products)
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, including journals, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.
Lost Packages & Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact your carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
